A Rainy Weekend at the Table

Flash back a few weekends to around the end of March (Passover, lots of rain). Not a particularly exciting setting for a foodie/hiker like myself. But since when have I been known to be conventional? Alright, I didn’t hike. But kosher time didn’t stop me from indulging in multiple decadent feasts, care of Chef Deborah. The following are descriptions of the 3 dinners she prepared for us that weekend, complete with wine pairings by yours truly. Even the kosher meal following the family’s Seder was a religious experience beyond anyone’s expectations. Eat your hearts out!
