Here is the line-up for tomorrow:

Sonim Cava Brut Reserva NV

This Cava proudly displays Metodo Tradicional on the front label, indicating that it's not trying to be Champagne…'s truly Spanish. Made from the three traditional Cava varieties, it's citrusy, nutty, and tastes like Cava should.

Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc '10
Striking, clean, and mineral, with a saline feel, this Cheverny represents the classic European reserved style of Sauvignon Blanc. It came in 5th in our SB blind taste-off.

Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Blanc '10
A real wake-up call for lovers of white Rhone wines….they're now made in California as well. Half Grenache Blanc, plus Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne, this wine is alive with aroma, intensity, acidity and completeness of flavor.

Ala Nera Nero d'Avola '09
This wine was competing with another great and affordable Nero d'Avola last week, and it won out. Produced by a cooperative of growers in Sicily, it is soft, charming, herbaceous, and appetite-inspiring.

Chateau Castigno St-Chinian '07
There's a reason why they call this Grenache "Secret des Dieux", or "The Secret of the Gods". The packaging is very sexy, and the wine is other-worldly. You might want to investigate.

Marietta Angeli Cuvee '07
Alexander Valley is the origin of one hefty red in this case. Make way for a colossal Zinfandel plus Petite Sirah and Carignane. Those French reds too subtle for you? We have the antidote.
